3. Order Refund and Warranty Coverage

We reserve the right to fully refund the purchase order at any time. In such cases, the warranty coverage for the product will also cease immediately.

4. Warranty Claim Process

In the event that you need to open a warranty claim, the following options are available:

1. Examination of Item: We may request you to send the product to us for examination. The cost of shipping and handling for this purpose will be borne by you. Once we receive the item, we will assess the defect and provide the appropriate warranty service.

2. Photo and Video Confirmation: Alternatively, we may ask you to provide photo and video confirmation of the defect. The submitted photos and videos should clearly and comprehensively demonstrate the nature of the defect. This evidence will aid us in evaluating the issue and determining the necessary course of action.

5. Warranty Coverage Scope

Please note that our warranty coverage extends exclusively to the main parts of the product. This coverage does not include accessories or consumable items, such as adhesives or replaceable rubber bands. Any issues arising from accessories or consumables are not covered under this warranty.

6. Warranty Eligibility

Our warranty is applicable only to products purchased brand new directly from us as the seller, within the United States. Products purchased from resellers within the US or outside of it, as well as products purchased online with delivery abroad, are not covered under our warranty.
